About the Role

Louis G. Jewelry is seeking a driven, polished, and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Specialist. This is not a traditional retail position. Our Client Specialists are relationship builders, brand ambassadors, and revenue drivers who deliver a luxury-level experience to every client who walks through our doors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, understands consultative selling, and takes pride in delivering excellence.


What You Will Do
  • Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven client experience
  • Build and maintain a strong client book through consistent follow-up and outreach
  • Drive sales in fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom design, and repairs
  • Educate clients on craftsmanship, materials, and product value
  • Manage repair intake and custom order processes with precision
  • Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and visual standards
  • Participate in after-hours events and clienteling initiatives


Who You Are

Luxury retail or fine jewelry experience is preferred, but strong sales backgrounds in high-end environments will also be considered.


Compensation & Growth
  • Base compensation
  • 2% commission on all sales
  • 4% commission on after-hour events
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding luxury brand
