9 weeks to a 5K! May 19 - July 21, 2012
- Designed for beginner walkers and runners who want to begin or learn to maintain a consistent fitness program.
- Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) after 9 weeks of training. Each 9 week session will culminate with a scheduled 5k (3.1 mile) timed event.
- Train alongside our other proven training programs on Saturday mornings.
- $60 registration fee includes once a week Saturday morning coached group workouts, weekly training schedules, plus all the amenities of our other training programs …discounts, clinics, and much, much more.
