Community

At Trademark, our purpose is to enhance communities, enrich lives, and create extra ordinary environments.

We are committed to making a positive impact on the communities we develop. At Watters Creek, we will always look for ways to make a difference, honoring our connection to the community and the environment.

CHANGE FOR CHARITY

Change For Charity is funded by proceeds collected from Watters Creek street side parking meters, Change for Charity provides assistance to selected local non-profit organizations.

Four local non-profits will be chosen each year, each representing a three-month quarter, to receive a percentage of the funds collected from the non-governmental meters. At the end of each quarter, the recipient charity will receive a check. Watters Creek will also use some of the funds to host community events such as free concerts, family and children’s activities, art festivals and seasonal events.

MUSIC MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Music Makes a Difference is part of the Concerts by the Creek music series. It takes place from 7 pm to 10 pm on the first Friday of every month from April to October. Watters Creek partners with local 501(3)(c) non-profits and features a different group at each Music Makes a Difference concert, availing them the opportunity to connect with concert goers while raising awareness and/or funds for their cause. Watters Creek will make a $200 donation to each of the chosen non-profit organizations.
